Since 2020, I have had 4 herniations of the same 2 discs in my spine and have had 3 microdissectomies. In August 2025, I have L4-L5 and L5-S1 fused together. My level of functioning has drastically shifted between better and worse throughout these past 4 years. Currently, I spend most of my time lying down in bed. However, art helps me get through it.
